Student representations
You certify that you are enrolling in our courses for the purpose of obtaining a California real estate license and not for any other purpose.
You certify that you are not an employee or agent of any other real estate education company or test preparation company.
You agree that your enrollment in this course cannot be shared with any other person or persons in whole or in part.
You agree that you will not copy or cause to be copied or reproduced in any manner, electronic or otherwise, any of the Materials, any notes based on these materials.
You agree that any attempt, through any medium, to sell, loan, rent, give away, distribute, or copy any of the Materials will constitute a breach of this agreement.
You agree that you will not use any device to record the instructor during lecture.
You understand enrollment in our program for the crash course is valid for 4 months from date of purchase or your scheduled exam date, whichever comes first.

We do not guarantee that we will continue to provide the Websites, that the Websites will be available at any particular time or from any particular place, or that they will continue to function in the manner that they currently function. Independent Investigation

Governing Law
The formation, construction and interpretation of this Agreement shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, as such law applies to agreements between California residents entered into and wholly performed within California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Acts of God

Waiver

Severability

Headings

Merger Clause
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and crashcourseonline concerning the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous representations, proposals, conditions, communications and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and all past courses of dealing or industry custom. The subject matter herein may not be modified except by crashcourseonline.
Refund and cancellation policy
No refunds will be provided to the student. No warranties or
representations are made.
